Key Machine Tool Supplies Machines Specifically designed for the Oilfield Industry for production of Pipe Threads according to API Standards by CNC Controlled Turning. Automated Load and Unload Systems are available. Thread Cutting may be performed with single point tools, or with chasers. Operations include facing, internal and external chamfering, taper cutting and pipe thread cutting. All machines securely clamp the pipes in hydraulic self centering chucks. Two models are offered. The SZ-202 is for pipes up to 7 inches in diameter and rotates the pipe. The SZ-203 machine rotates the tools and is used on pipes up to 13-3/8” diameter.
