Key Machine Tool provides Acme Gridleys that are rebuilt, reconditioned or remanufactured. We design the tools and attachments, set up the machine and run a capability study on our floor. We guarantee the performance of the machine and the quality of the part it produces. We return the machines to their original operating specifications and also offer services to update the machines such as automatic lubrication systems, converting threading to electric-pneumatic clutching, hi-lo and Cyclo-Index mechanisms, silent stock tubes, feed throw out and stock depletion systems, accoustical enclosures, independent coolant and filtration systems and interlock and safety devices tailored to customers needs. We can provide double index, double feed out, ring chucking and feeding, and fully automated collet and conventional chuckers including floor mounted part feeding systems. We retrofit machines to enhance performance.
